GST

Terms used have the same meaning as those terms in A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999.

A party must pay GST on a Taxable Supply made to it under the Agreement. It must do so at the same time and in the same manner as it is required to pay the consideration for the Taxable Supply to which the GST relates.

A party making a Taxable Supply to another party under the Agreement must issue a tax invoice in the format required by law to the other party for the Taxable Supply. The tax invoice must set out the amount of the GST payable by that other party. The tax invoice must be issued at the same time as the consideration for the Taxable Supply is due.

Each party must do anything reasonable to assist the other party to comply with its GST obligations in relation to the Agreement.

Business model flow

Buyer makes request, Sellers bids on request, Buyer accepts bid, Sarpilly invoices Seller for Commission(inc GST), upon payment from Seller to Sarpilly, Buyer details are transferred to Seller. Seller contacts buyer to complete transaction. Sarpilly requests feedback from buyer and seller.

Terms of Service

By placing a Bid (and its conditions) the Bidder agrees to be bound by it if a Buyer accepts the Bid and it's terms. By accepting a Bid (and its conditions) a Buyer agrees to be bound the Bid and its conditions and acknowledge an enforceable agreement exits between the Buyer and the Bidder.

Circumvention of Sarpilly

Participants in Sarpilly agree not to circumvent the Sarpilly market place.

Acceptance of Bid is Binding

Request owners are bound to complete the transaction once a bid has been accepted within a reasonable time frame. If a Buyer does not complete the transaction within 1 week of acceptance the acceptance will be repudiated. This does not preclude Buyers rights to change their mind.

Bids are Binding

Bids are binding from the moment they are placed until a bid termination event occurs. A bid termination events:

• another bid for a request is accepted
• the request is deleted
• the request expires under the terms of operation of this site
• the request is modified
• the bid owner deletes the bid

Refusal of Service

Sarpilly reserves the right to refuse service to any user at any time.

Play nicely with each other

All parties agree to use the sarpilly.com website with civillity and decorum. Parties will not collude or act in a manner to disadvantage other parties.

Sarpilly.com reserves the right to ban members who violate any of these terms.
