We have a scale 1-5, where 1 is lowest or poor rating and 5 is highest or excellent experience. From this we combine with other factors such as (but not limited to):

  • for Sellers
    • returns policy
    • supply promptness
    • shipping costs
  • for Buyers
    • conversion rates
    • promptness

This algorithm allows participants to trade with each other in the knowledge of each others profile.

How can I see my Rating?

You can view your rating in the update details page in the account tab.

How do others see my rating?

When a bid is received by a buyer the rating of the particular seller will be displayed at the top of the screen. When a request is received by a seller the rating of the particular buyer will be displayed at the top of the screen
